so klish got a nice review today by Greg Costikyan over @ playthisthing.com
read the review and play the game here: http://playthisthing.com/klish
but also read these other gems from the same author:
game criticism: why we need it and why reviews arent it
last night NASA was launched via a fundraiser party; it all went smoothly and we are very happy with what was achieved. the night started with us turning down a TV station spot because of internal issues but it ended with the cops never coming around so its all good.
so i drew on people again and arranged a retro gaming installation:
people seemed to enjoy the selection of games and didn’t mind having to play using a keyboard; i ran out of time and couldn’t figure out how to compile and create a module and driver to use my xbox 360 controller with ubuntu hardy heron…. but that will be fixed soon.
check out the bicycle powered waterfall, hair cutting madness, sweet VJing and everything in between here:

so the Global Game Jam challenge is over and it was quite a trip; lots of soda and coffee, very little sleep, new friends and klish. we named the game after click and push, those being the main actions taken by the user during gameplay. at the end of the event our team was awarded the “most polished” award, for being the most polished I guess; we made a very good five minute game with only 48 hours so we deserve it.
other stand outs of the night:
Are we there yet: great game about driving and keeping an eye out for your parents as you try to beat up your sibling.
Twelve A.M.: “Twelve A.M is a game about life, romantic relationships gone wrong, personality quirks, and video games. Particularly it is about our relationships with video games.” total stand out and full of promise, would love to see it finished.
Gandhi Gandhi Boom Boom: a “casual real time puzzle game” about Gandhi and what Gandhi hates the most; British imperialism in the form of a fat hamburger. this was the winning game of the night and congrats to the team, they are a friendly bunch.
